Family Physician

We are seeking Permanent full time Doctors to provide family care to patients for family or walk-in practice.

The clinic is newly renovated and fully equipped with EMR.  One stop clinic includes in-house lab, pharmacy, chiropractor, xray, ultrasound and BMD testing.

FHO and FHG Models both available

Qualifications: CPSO license, MCFP, or CCFP
